What are the health concerns in Nepal?
Trekking in the Himalayan region is a little difficult for beginners. Altitude mountain sickness is a major problem for trekkers. However, for that we have certified and licensed guides with first aid knowledge and medications can be used to avoid AMS. Other health concerns include Drinking water and food.
It is best avoided to eat and drink water everywhere. The mineral water is safe and there are so many restaurants with good food facilities. Eating in the street, however, is not preferred. And personal medications can be used, if necessary.
